Omas Notizbücher

Zur Info:
Blaudruck ist eine alte Technik des Textildrucks, bei der in Handarbeit mittels Druckformen (sog. Modeln) Leinen- oder Baumwollstoffe blau-weiß bedruckt werden. Dabei wird zwischen dem Direktdruck (Blau auf Weiß) und dem Reservedruck (weißes Muster auf blauem Grund) unterschieden.

Übrigens: Der blaue Farbstoff als Voraussetzung für den Blaudruck, lieferten bis zum Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts die Blätter der Indigopflanze. Heute wird der Indigofarbstoff synthetisch hergestellt.
